TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AARIYATECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AariyaTech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
